Refund policy

Freedom Cleaning Club sells digital products only (an ebook and printable templates delivered as PDF files). Because these Materials are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) — for example, in the case of a major failure of the product.

 

If you experience a technical issue with your download (a broken link, a missing file, or a corrupted PDF), contact us at freedomcleaningclub@gmail.com and we will fix the issue or resend your files.

 

Purchase of our Materials grants a single-user license for your own personal or business use. Redistribution, resale, sharing, or public reproduction of the Materials is not permitted and may result in legal action.
